If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days from receipt and we’ll be happy to give you a full refund, less shipping costs. There’s no catch. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in an unused, unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. So no questions asked. Just go through our easy self-service return process at the bottom of this page.
Clearance, grab-bags, irregular or marked-down items are not eligible for return, as are washed and/or used products or items purchased anywhere else other than directly from this website.
Bottom line: nothing used, nothing gross. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it’s not in any condition to be resold. To be clear, we can’t resell anything that has been washed, that smells of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. (or other unmentionable odors), or that has been soiled.
Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. Once an item ships, you must complete the Returns process. For pre-ordered items, orders can be cancelled within the pre-order period. Once a pre-order period closes, a 20% cancellation fee will be imposed.
Because of the limited inventory we produce from each print, we don't offer exchanges. If we shipped you the wrong item/color/size by mistake, there's something wrong with the item you received, or you aren't happy with the items you purchased and would like something else instead, just go through our easy self-service return process at the bottom of this page and return the product for a full refund. Then place a new order for the same item/s that you originally ordered, or what you would want instead. This ensures that stock is reserved for you as we wait for the arrival and process your return.
Returning Items for Refund:
Our self-service return process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to return merchandise back to us. Please follow the instructions below if you need to return items for a refund:
Step 1: Request for a Return Authorization # (RA#) by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Wait for our response, which will arrive within 24 business hours.
Step 3: Pack the item/s securely with the Return Form per our email instructions.
Step 4: Ship the package.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns and refunds once they arrive at our facility. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
